EVENT/DESCRIPTION/DETAILS: ART IN THE PARK, STEELVILLE MO APRIL 25th 2020

All handcrafted arts & crafts to be held outdoors on grass. Rain or shine - NO refunds. NO commercial, import, flea market, or collectible items.

All exhibitors/vendors will check in starting at 7 AM and upon arrival staff will be available for assistance. You will be allowed to drive your vehicle to your assigned spaces(s), but immediately after you unload, you must drive your vehicle to an area designated by the staff. Exhibitor/vendor is responsible to keep their area clean and orderly throughout the show. Trash facilities and bathroom facilities will be available in the park.

All vendors will be preassigned spaces based on receipt or vendor registration forms and payment. The Art In The Park committee reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors/vendors in any category. Payment for booth space(s) must be received prior to the event. All booth space(s) are to be set up by 10 AM Saturday and must remain open until 4 PM. NO early tear-downs unless agreed upon by the Art In The Park committee. Early departures and late setups are disruptive and present a safety hazard to the public. For safety and security purposes, vehicles cannot enter exhibit areas during the hours of operation. Displays must not protrude beyond assigned areas. For security purposes, exhibitors/vendors are required to maintain a staff person at their booth space(s) at all times during the hours of operation. Staff will be available to assist in this function. A $35 charge will be administered for all returned checks.

The City of Steelville, the Steelville Arts Council or the Art In The Park committee: shall not under any circumstances be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, theft or destruction caused to any goods, equipment or property belonging to the exhibitor/vendor. shall not under any circumstances be liable or responsible for any damage, loss or injury suffered by the exhibitor/vendor or his/her employees or agents or by any other person associated with or related by reason of any change in the date, time or place of the event or the abandonment thereof.

The exhibitor/vendor shall be liable for all loss, damage, injury, claim cost and expenses caused to any person or property in any circumstances whatsoever by the exhibitor/vendor, his/her employees or agents or the goods, exhibit, fittings, machinery and other property belonging to the exhibitor/vendor for which the exhibitor/vendor is responsible and the exhibition/vendor hereby agrees such loss, damage, injury claims, cost and expenses are aforesaid and all or any infringement of copyright or breach of license.

If the Art In The Park committee should be prevented from holding the event by any cause beyond its control due to circumstances beyond their control including but not limited to civil disobedience, inclement weather, acts of God, etc., the City of Steelville, the Steelville Arts Council or the Art In The Park committee shall have no obligation or liability to the exhibitor/vendor.

Any contractual agreement made between an exhibitor/vendor and any supplier shall be between those parties and the City of Steelville, the Steelville Arts Council or the Art In The Park committee shall not be a party thereto nor incur any liability on behalf of any one exhibitor in such contractual agreement.
