Gallery Zeke Holiday Shoppe 2018

You are invited by the Steelville Arts Council (a 501C3 non-profit organization) to offer for sale your hand-crafted creations at Gallery Zeke from November 29th to December 22nd.

Time and Place of Shoppe:
Gallery Zeke, 106 E. Main Street, Steelville, Mo. 65565
Hours: Thursdays and Fridays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Conditions of Entry:
Age 18 and older may submit creations
All artists must submit a completed entry form and signed gallery contract (paperwork to be filled out at time of delivery).
All two-dimensional pieces must be framed with a wire securely fastened across the back. No saw-tooth hangers, please.
Creations must be original artwork and not over 2 years old. (No reproductions or manufactured goods.)
Gallery Zeke Shoppe is a family friendly venue and the Steelville Arts Council reserves the final approval of all creations to be sold.
Steelville Arts Council will handle sales and sales tax. They will be processed through Yadkin Creek Mercantile who will provide a check for compensation of any sales.  Entry fee is $15 per artist.  Non-Starco members receive 35/65 commission; members receive 30/70 split.  (Please remember to account for this commission in your selling price.)  Starco membership is $35 per year.
An inventory with price list must be provided on the day of delivery of art to Gallery Zeke.
Please indicate the type of display needed; if you will be providing a display fixture please advise what type of fixture. If your items require wall space please advise how much is required.
Delivery and Pick Up of Artwork:
Artworks are to be delivered to Gallery Zeke, 106 S. Main Street, Steelville, Mo. 65565, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on November 25th or 26th, 2018 (evening delivery by arrangement).  If necessary, shipping or delivery must be arranged and paid for by the purchaser, or may be negotiable between the purchaser and artist. Please provide accurate contact information. Unsold artwork can be picked up at the end of the event between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on January 3, 2019 (evening pickup by arrangement). The Steelville Arts Council will be liable for any loss or damage to the works while they are for sale at the Gallery Zeke Holiday Shoppe up to the amount of the sale price. Liability shall not exceed the maximum stipulated in the Steelville Arts Council insurance policy.
