Use this automatic withdrawal form (ACH) for a one-time only bank withdrawal, OR, become a sustaining member by making a monthly contribution.  PRINT out the ACH form and the membership form and submit both to: Steelville Arts Council, PO Box 1458, Steelville MO 65560

A one-time payment of $100 (Patron level) or more, or a monthly contribution of $10 or more, qualifies you to receive the 20% discount on sales of all Meramec Music Theatre tickets during the current season and next season until your next renewal date.
