STARCO runs on volunteers. Volunteers are special people. They care. They have a sense of commitment to something greater than their own personal needs. They have a direct impact on achieving the mission and goals of the Steelville Arts Council. We recognize that our volunteers provide the council with a resource of talent that is unavailable in any other way.

And no, you do not have to be an artist.  Some of us are artists, some of us have a great love for art, some of us realize the value of how STARCO enhances our region, so come join us today.
